Episode 1 walkthrough:
When you start the game, either watch or press "s" to skip the
intro, and then left click on Ensign Lomar and get her to set
course to Starbase 12, when she's done that, click "Warp", and a
few moments later you'll arrive at Starbase 12.
Next, click "Hail" and select "Starbase 12", Commander Graff will
respond, welcoming you to your "Home away from home", and after a
few minutes you'll be able to be on your way to the Vesuvi system
for your first proper mission.
Now click on Ensign Lomar again, click set course, then Vesuvi,
and the click "Warp". When you arrive at Vesuvi, Hail the Haven
Colony by clicking on Lomar again, then "Hail", and then "Haven
colony".
Next, click on Cmdr Larsen and then click "Red Alert", now go to
Lt Savali and target the fragments, you might want to get Brex to
boost power to the weapons and engines first though so that
you've got enough power and speed to get to and destory each
fragment in time.
Once you've destroyed all the fragments, hail the colony again,
and Director Soams will tell you about some planetary fragments
that need to be destroyed before they hit the planet.
Now, click on Miguel and click scan area, he'll tell you that
there are 5 fragments split into 2 groups, by the way, you should
still be on Red Alert at this point.
Next, go to Lt Savali, target the fragments and click destroy and
"at will".
Once you've cleared the fragments, hail the colony again and
Soams will thank you for saving them.
Now, you'll get a transmission from Starfleet telling you that
the USS Sovereign has come under attack from a Romulan Warbird
while en route to Starbase 12 under tow by the USS Zhukov, and is
in the Tevron system, and you have to go and save them.
Next you recieve a hail from Captain Draxon of the Klingon Bird
of Prey Rankuf, who will escort Captain Picard the rest of the
way to his speech at Biranu Station.
Immediately following, you'll be hailed by Cmdr Torrenn of the
Romulan Warbird Soryak, who eventually begins attack the
Sovereign, it's combat time again here, so click on Savali, and
then click on the Soryak, and then click on the Soryak's Warp
core and then "Destroy", after a short fire fight, the Warbird
will leave.
Next, make your way to the Geki colony in Vesuvi, and put the
ship in orbit around the Geki facility around Vesuvi 5.
Now, hail the Geki colony and some smug arrogant guy berates you
for being "late" delivering the relief supplies they've been
waiting for, hey, you couldn't help it, you got delayed saving
the Sovereign! Once the supplies and relief personnel have
beamed down, that's it.
End of Episode 1:
At the beginning of Episode 2, you get a distress call from the
Cardassian freighter Karoon, who is under attack from the Romulan
Warbird you encountered earlier.
Warp to the Beol system to get a better reception of the distress
call, and then Torren of the Romulan Warbird will hail you "You
again!" she says, then you have to save the Karoon before she
smashes into the asteroids.
I'm actually a bit stuck on this bit, any offers on the
